Important to know:
Domiciliation is not allowed for foreign workers or long-term guests. However, a temporary stay declaration can be provided if required, in accordance with applicable regulations.
House rules
- Quietness and respect for other guests are essential
- No parties or events in the rooms
- Silence is respected during rest hours
- Any damage or loss of items will be charged
Access & responsibility
- Loss of the key card may result in a replacement fee
- Guests are responsible for the condition of the room during their stay
Final cleaning
At the end of the stay, regardless of duration, a final cleaning is carried out.
A one-time fee of €80 (excl. VAT) per room is charged and added to the first month’s invoice.
