Reservation and Payment

• A reservation is confirmed only after confirmation.

• The full stay must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Prices

• All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM

• Check-out: by 11:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out is possible on request and may incur extra charges.

• A surcharge of €30 applies for late check-in. (For reservations of multiple rooms, the surcharge is €20 per room.) This applies to check-in between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM. After 11:00 PM, check-in is no longer possible.

House Rules

• Smoking is not allowed in the entire hotel.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Excessive noise is prohibited.

• Guests are responsible for damage to rooms or property.

Liability

• The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

• Accidents on the premises are the guest’s responsibility unless caused by gross negligence of the hotel.

Force Majeure

• In case of force majeure, the hotel may cancel the reservation without compensation.

Governing Law

• Belgian law applies to all agreements.

• Disputes fall under the courts of the district where the hotel is located.
