We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”), the Belgian Law of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data, the Belgian Camera Act of 21 March 2007 (as amended), and other applicable regulations.
As part of our hotel operations, we process personal data from guests, potential guests, suppliers, and website visitors. Reservations may be made via our website, by phone, or through external booking platforms. CCTVTo protect our guests, staff, and property, we operate CCTV in common areas of the hotel and in the parking lot. This is in accordance with the Belgian Camera Act of 21 March 2007.
CCTV footage is used solely for security purposes, preventing theft, vandalism, or other violations. Footage is not retained longer than legally permitted unless required for investigations. Footage can only be accessed by authorized personnel and may be shared with law enforcement or judicial authorities if legally required.
Your personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described, taking into account statutory retention periods, including the 7-year accounting retention period. After expiration, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Data may be shared only with carefully selected service providers (accountants, payment processors, IT/hosting providers) under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements, or with authorities if legally required.
